PROJECTS & COLLABORATIONS
At EGLAF, we're all about collaborations. We have teamed up with Laurel Magazine to explore exciting and new ways to bring art and literature together once more. Watch this space to see what we're up to or to get involved.
Laurel is a semi-annual literary and arts magazine. The magazine is free of charge and easily downloadable as a PDF-file. Our aim is to exhibit new and established voices in the poetry and arts communities that are authentic and powerful.
We value the interdisciplinary nature of art-making immensely and are devoted to the collaboration of poets and artists. We therefore often pair poems and artworks that speak to each other and encourage open interpretation and experimentation. Our team is located in Southern Africa, but our scope is not limited to any country or border.
We welcome the work of any nationality, race, sexuality, religion, or creed so long as the work submitted upholds artistic integrity, honours the human condition, and is aimed at informing the way we engage with ourselves and the world.
